Founded in 2015, Time for Change is Now Zambia is a grassroots movement dedicated to creating sustainable development and positive transformation across all provinces of Zambia. What began as a small group of passionate individuals has grown into a nationwide network of changemakers.
We believe that real change comes from within communities themselves. Our approach focuses on empowering local leaders, providing resources and training, and creating platforms for Zambians to actively participate in shaping their future.
With operations in all 10 provinces of Zambia, we've impacted communities through our various initiatives in education, healthcare, agriculture, and governance.
Our Approach
At Time for Change is Now Zambia, we take a holistic approach to community development. We don't believe in temporary fixes, but rather in creating sustainable systems that communities can maintain and grow long after our direct involvement.
Our methodology is built on three pillars: Education, Empowerment, and Engagement. We provide the knowledge and tools needed for communities to identify their own challenges and develop local solutions.
Through partnerships with local governments, businesses, and international organizations, we've been able to scale our impact while maintaining our grassroots connection to the communities we serve.
